EGYPT.
ANZACS MAKE A RAID. AND ROUT THE ENEMY. Received May 19, 10.40 p.m. London, May in. An official message from Cairo says that a body of Anzacs surprised and routed the enemy at Bayoud and Mageibra, but the great heat and deep sand forbade a long pursuit. The camp at Bayoud was destroyed, and much ammunition and many camels were captured.
