TARANAKI WINTER SHOW.
Preparations ore being made at the Coronation Hall to provide for the accommodation and staging of the numerous exhibits that are expected for the Show, which opera on ,T;me 7 and continues til) June 10. Tho committee is at its wits oncl to male sufficient room, and it has decided to, utilise the concert room for exhibits and already the whole of the space has been taken up. Applications jre being received from all parts of N.?w Zealand for space, in most cases for working machinery, so that the Show this year should hav t e a very animated appetranoe. Preparations tire bcin* made to exhibit the fe.ir gold nuggets that are to be raffled, mid the two cushions which tho ladies have undertak(-;i to make will also be on exhibition. Entries i are coining id fast, and altogether this year's shov" should bo the best yet he'd in New Plymouth. Intending exhibitors are reminded that entries close on Saturday. 27 th inst. Schedules on application to the Secretary, P.O. Box 10. New Plymouth.
