GENERAL SMUTS' ADVANCE. BELGIANS' PROGRESS. Received May 14, 5.5 p.m. London, May 13. General Smuts reports that the enemy, under von Lcttow . Forbaeh, were driven off from Kondolrangi on Tuesday night, witff severe losses. Iliey persisted in the offensive on Wednesday and Thursday, and after sunset made a determined eff-ort against the left flank, but were repulsed. Our losses were inconsiderable. It is reported that the Belgians, after slight opposition, have reached Kegali.
