THE WINTER SHOW.
Judging by the numerous applications for schedules, the entries foT the show, which opens on June 7th next, should far exceed those of any previous show held under the auspices of the Taranaki Agricultural Society. Applications for space are also numerous, so the space committee will have a difficult time providing accommodation for the numerous applicants. The schedule is complete in every detail, and gives an opportunity 1 to any one to make an exhibit of some description. The secretary will be pleased to post schedule? to any address should application be made for same. Farmers who have nominated for the field acreage- competitions are reminded that it will be necessary for them to make acceptance with the secretary, otherwise their crops will not be judged. The attention of intending exhibitors in the poultry section is drawn to the New Zealand championships which appear in the schedule, both jinder bantams and pigeons. This is an error, a3 the championships are only offered for pigeons and not bantams.
