FORECAST. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. Present indications are for southeasterly winds, strong to gale, accompanied by considerable rain, with rivers lising in the North Island. Moderate to stiong southerly winds are .probable, vith changeable conditions elsewhere, and passing showers on the East Coast and in the southern districts. The barometer is unsteady.
