ACCIDENTS AND FATALITIES.
TUNNEL WORKER INJURED. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Taumarunui, May 9. Percy Knox, engaged on the Okahukura tunnel work, while working on the night shift on Friday struck the percussion cap of an unexploded charge, and was blown into the air and badly injured on the ankle, arms, and face. He was removed to Taumarunui hospital, and may lose the sight of one eye.
