Received May 6, 5.5 p.m. London, May 5. • A 'Nigerian intelligence officer, who is in the CamerOona, reports that in January the Germans promptly murdered natives who were sympathising with the 'Allies, without regard to age or sex. 31ns policy, created a reign of terror, but it prevented the Germans obtaining reliable information of our movements, as flw natives would not help them.
