LABOR PROBLEM SOLVED. CHINESE TO BE IMPORTED. Received April 19, 8.50 p.m. Paris April 19. Owing to the lack of agricultural and industrial labour, France -is importing five thousand Chinese, under three years indentures. They will be employed in the colonies if the war is over earlier.
