FARMERS' WHEAT POOL. Melbourne, April 17. • The Minister of Agriculture states that the amount of the farmers' wheat pool certificates is £21,093,000. A further advance of 6d per bushel lias been authorised. TASMANIAN PARLIAMENT. •Hobart, April IT. The new Ministry is threatened with a troubled reign. Mr. Burgess, a Liberal member, lias written to Mr. Lee refusing to recognise his leadership or to be bound by the majority vote of the party. This practically destroys the Liberal majority.
