A FIDELITY BOND CASE,
By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, Yesterday. In the case New Zealand University v. Standard Insurance Company, the Appeal Court held that the company was not liable for the whole amount of the fidelity policy of the late registrar, but only for £54!), the loss which was admitted by the company, and for any loss of interest owing to the withdrawal of the moneys from the Wellington Trust and Investment Company. Costs on the middle scale were allowed by the company.
