HOLLAND.

GERMAN INTRIGUE DEFEATED. The Hague, April 14, The Ministry of Foreign Affairs lias announced that the French Minister in Holland, on behalf of France, has given an assurance that neither France nor the Allies ever contemplated either directly or indirectly attacking the neutrality of Holland or the inviolability of its territory. The Minister added that the Paris conference did not consider matters relating to Holland at all.
