Received April 10, 5.5 p.m. Copenhagen, April 15. German newspapers publish an inspired statement about reprisals against (Portugal, which says that owing to geegraphical and other circumstances Germany finds it difficult at present to get at this shameless English vassal, but it hints that methods will be discovered whereby Germany will make Portugal suffer financially and commercially.
