The Vonvaerta declares that Germany's food supply is so inadequate that the standard of nourishment 'of the people generally has been lowered. Despite the greatly increased production, Germany increasingly relics on foreign supplies, and the weakening of her resources intensifies the situation. ANOTHER DENIAL OF THE WITTENBERG ATROCITIES. Received April 10, 5.5 p.m. Amsterdam, April 15. A semi-official mesage from Berlin states that the English report of Wittenberg prison camp is not exact. It is a repetition of former charges, which were refuted when they had consulted American doctors, who expressed satisfaction with the 'hygienic conditions of the camp.
SOCIALIST'S LIFE ATTEMPTEI Received April 16, 5.5 p.m. Amsterdam, April 13. A woman flred two shots at Dr. Liebkueolit (the prominent Socialist) in a street in Berlin, but missed 'him. She was arrested. -
