FOOD RIOTS. BULLETS INSTEAD OF BREAD. •Petrograd, April 6. There have been serious food riots in a number of the Russian towns occupied by Germans. At Vikomir a mob plundered the shops without success and then marched to the German headquarters clamoring for food. They were informed that there was no help for the population, and a street battle between the mob and the patrols resulted. Many people .were killed and injured,■
