RIFLE SHOOTING
INGLEWOOD v. UREXTJI. The following team from- the Inglewood Defence Rifle Club has been selected to shoot a match with a team representing the Urenui Defence Rifle Club, at Urenui on Thursday., April 6 (cars leave Poet Ofliee corner at 51.45 a.m.): President Taylor. Vice-President Spurdle, Rifleman Marsh, Hall, Surr, Martin, Robinson, Frewin, G. Henwood, C. Hall. Emergency: J. Bennett. A rifle match between teams from the New Plymouth and Wanganui Defence Rifle Clubs has been arranged to take place at Wanganui as soon as possible after the arrival of the mail tram at Aramoho on Cood Friday, April 21. The New Plymouth team "will be selected from the following members:—Captain Hartnell, President F. J. Hill, DeputyPresident Bruce, Riflemen Oliver, Blanc'hett, A. .Tones, Keating, Marett, Moore. Standish, Ranison, and Lysons. A challenge match for the Shield with the Patea Rifle Club will probably be arranged. Should it- be fixed it will'take piace on the return journev, Saturday, April 22.
