VILLA'S TROOPS DEFEATED. MURDER OF A GARRISON. Times and S3'dney Sun Services. Sun Antonio (Texas), April 3. American cavalry defeated 500 of Villa's followers 130 miles from the frontier at Guerrery, The Mexicans were surprised during the celebration of a victory over Carranza. It is alleged that Villa murdered the, entire garrison of 172. Villa had a leg broken, and is now hiding. Four Americans were wounded, and 30 of Villa's men killed.
