Tanghaoyi, the famous Minister, has telegraphed to Yuan imploring him to abdicate to aVoid further bloodshed. Thirty-seven ex-members of the National Assembly have telegraphed to the Foreign Minister at Peking that Yuan must go. It is evident that the temper of the Republicans has not been changed by Yuan's cancellation of the monarchy project.
