Thirty-seven delegates, representing eight nations, are participating in the J»ar congress.
MR. BONAR LAW TO ATTEND. London, March 27. It is understood that Mr. Bonar Law, i Secretary for the Colonies, will be a delegate to the Paris Conference, in view of the interest overseas in the complex questions to lie discussed.
