(From Our Own Correspondent.)' Stratford, Yesterday. Mr. W. 11. Barlow sustained a painful accident n few days ago. In jumping down from a scaffold lie jumped on to a rusty nail, and poisoned his foot. Mr. \V. .Tones met witli a painful accident near Shannon last week, breaking his leg through a fall off his motorcycle. Owing to till! trains being unsuitable, Mr. Jones rode into Palmcrstoii North, a distance of over 2(1 miles to get the leg attended to, and is now an inmate of the local hospital. The Electrical Supply Co. have informed the Borough Council that they will agreed to the modified legal terms as carried at last Council meeting, so that the arbitrators will not meet and submit 'he cost of the undertaking for the Council's approval.
