Mass meetings, demanding definite action on behalf of the Allies, and also, the dismissal of Count Bernstorlf, have been hold at the large centres in the eastern States. German interrupters were frequent, but were usually thrown out into the street. The fierinmi mark ha:-, decreased to the lowest point known on the Xew York Exchange.
