AMERICANS PURSUING VILLA'S ' BANDITS. By Cable.—Press Association—Copyright El Paso, March 20. The American "punitive force is rapidly advancing, towards the mountains where the Villa bandits took refuge. The Mexican Minister of War has issued a proclamation declaring all participants in the Colombus raid outside the right to capture or kill any followers of Villa who crossed the American frontier.
