Thw in turn involves a corresponding delay in opening the breakwater section for traffic." The berough engineer (Mr. E, O. Clayton) said the enly work remaining to be done vim tarring and sanding, and lie did not anticipate an? difficulty ?n getting the roadway ready before tl)« tram B were ready to run. It was decided to draw the engineer'* attention to the part of Mr. Black'* letter dealing with the roadway. The Mayer said that all being "well the full service should be rnnsing by Easter.
