FETE OF NATIONS.
i PERFORMANCE AT STRATFORD. The New Plymouth performers in theFete of Nations visited Stratford last night, and were greeted by a crowded theatre. The performers met with a splendid reception and every item was encored, while the spectacular items were enthusiastically applauded. At the end of the performance, Mr. W. P. Kirkwood (chairman of the Patriotic Committee), thanked the visitors for the very enjoyable entertainment they had given, and cheers were given for the company.
