MANITOBA MAY GO DRY. By Cable.—Press Association —Copyright Received March 15, 10.20 p.m. Ottawa, March 15. The referendum on the liquor question was taken in blizzard weather, making the vote light. The returns are incomplete, but so far the count indicates that Manitoba will probably go dry by a majority of about three to two. The present figures show 40,040 for and '20,718 against. Every soldier polling favored ptohibition.
