EXPORTS FROM TARANAKI.
SOME VALUABLE SHIPMENTS. The exports from New Plymouth for the week ending February 22 were, butter £74,315 and cheese £67,097, while Patea exported £2304 worth of butter and £36,174 worth of cheese. During the same week Waitara exported: Lamb £12,4!W, mutton £5172, hides and skins £2413, tallow £4840, other products £24,21)4. Wool was also sent forward in large quantities, New Plymouth's exports being valued at £24,028, and those from Waitara at £58,353;
