14th REINFORCEMENTS. MOBILISATION IN PROGRESS. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Yesterday. The 14th Reinforcements commenced mobilisation at Trentham, Featherston and Awapuni camps to-day, when the drafts from various parts of the Dominion left for the training centres. The Mounted Rifles and Army Service Corps are being mobilised at Featherston, the artillery, engineers and infantry at Trentham, and the ambulance at Awapuni. The mobilisation should be completed by Friday. Wellington City's quota was 52 men short. N.Z. PRISONERS IN TURKEY. IN GOOD HEALTH AND SPIRITS. Wanganui, Marcli 7. Another postcard, via Geneva, has been l'eceievd from Sergeant McAneny, prisoner at Khangeri, Constantinople. He says: ''The men are in good health and spirits. The weather is milder, snow having disappeared. lam expecting clothing from our Government for the boys with me here. There are sixteen New Zealanders, all fairly well." The Wanganui Patriotic Society made representations to, the Government about sending assistance and also suggesting that application he made to the Imperial authorities with a view to endeavor tc secure an exchange of prisoners.
