AGRICULTURAL SHOW.

ON WEDNESDAY AND THURSDAY. Readers are reminded' that the annual stock show in connection with the Taranaki Agricultural Society takes place on the racecourse, New Plynvmth, </i! Wednesday and Thursday of this week. There will bn n splendid show of cattle, most of the leading stud herds being represented, and excellent entries have also been received for tiie various ring events which' should provide very interesting, competition. Arrangements are well forward for the show and with every prospect of fine weather there should be big crowds on both days. Stewards are asked to attend at the racecourse on Tuesday to finally fix up one or two small items so as to facilitate matters whilst the judging is in progress. Members' tickets have all been posted nnd for this reason country members are asked to clear their mails before leaving for the show on Wednesday. In the event of any ticket having miscarried, duplicates will be issued at the gate. Mr. A. Wooller will have charge of the catering arrangements, and the refreshment booth will be in charge o"f Mr. E. Whittle, of the Red House Hotel. Mrs. Woods' orchestra has been engaged and will render a programme of music on Thursday afternoon.
