TROOPS LEAVE DURAZZO. SERBIANS ALL RESCUED r London, Feb. 27. An Austrian communique says: We defeated the Italians east of Durazzo and are pursuing them seawards. We bombarded the harbor w;prks at Durazzo, hindering the embarkation. Italian warships tried to interfere, but failed. Rome, Feb. 27. It is semi-officially stated that the withdrawal of Serbian, Montenegrin and Albanian troops from Albania has teen completed. The Italian brigade at IV'razzo has embarked. I'-S?
