THE FALL OF ERZERUM. BULGARIANS' DEPRESSED Received Feb. 25, 9.15 p.m. Paris, Feb. 24. Correspondents at Sofia state that the fall of Erzerum has made an enormous impression, bordering, on panic. Many anticipate the sudden appearance of th? Muscovite army, and the Bulgarian army 1* unmistakably depr<;ss.:d at the idea of opposing the Russians.
