ADVANCE ON SALONIKA, DELAYED OWING TO DISPUTES. Athens, Feb. 20. The well-informed Messager d'Athens states that the delay in the advance on Salonika is due to the Germans' failure to reconcile the claims of Austria and Bulgaria. Each wants the other to attack. Bulgaria will not attack unless she is given Salonika t» keep. Germany lias not yet persuaded Austria to consent.
