CROQUET.
NEW PLYMOUTH V. HAWERA. A match was played at Hawers yesterday. Three of the tennis courts were converted into croquet lawns for the day, and a most interesting match resulted. Although the visitors were beaten by 37 points, the. game throughout was most enjoyable, the home club catering to the wants of the visitors. Results: • DOUBLES. Mrs. Kidd and Miss Bennett 20, v.
