XO START THIS MONTH It is likely that a temporary tram service will be commenced in New PlyPlymouth towards the end of this month. The cars liae been completed, and all the principal arrangements in connection with the route have been made. It is hoped to have the ears tested this week, and then as soon as the stall' has been appointed a temporary service will be inaugurated.
