A GERMAN ATTACK. « REPULSED BY BELGIANS. , London, Fan, 18. In German' East Africa a force of J.SO Europeans, GOD regulars, and many native troops, with hotehkiss, maxim and field gun 3, attacked the Belgian garrison at Luvingia. After a desperate'fight, lasting 19 hours, the Belgians, with a considerably weaker force,'repulsed their, assailants, who suffered heavily. The Belgians lost 30 killed and 40 wounded.
