DJEMAL PASHA RETURNS TO SYRIA. Received Jan. 18, 8.30 p.m. .Constantinople, Jan. 17. Djemal Pasha lias concluded his visit made for the purpose of settling- political and strategic questions, and lias returned to Syria. He refuses to have any Germans on his staff, excepting one general as adviser, without command. Djcmal's forces are estimated at 300,000.
