The Daily Express Amsterdam correspondent says that the Belgian spy Cels, who denounced Miss Cavell, was assassinated near Brussels. His body was found in the street with two builet wounds. Cels was formerly in the Belgian army, but had been in German pay for a month. He professed to help Belgians to cross the frontier, but betrayed them. He was the only witness against Miss Cavell. Hundreds of Belgians swore that Cels should die. A number mot .11 Brussels recently and elected an avenger. Tho Germans, in obedience to General Bissing's order, are not attempting to find Cels' assassin.
