RETURNED SOLDIERS APPROVE. _ The secretary of the proposed National Service League, which is inviting the public to take up shares to place it on a firm foundation, is meeting with warm support from returned discharged soldiers. Masterton; "I drive a car, and absolutely detest going out to the camps now, for fear the boys think I'm a Blacker."
