They have a special permit, but this does not allow meetings to be held in Germany. NOT AT HOME IN GERMANY. Received Jan. 9, 3.5 p.m. Amsterdam, Jan. 8. Fordites arriving in Holland nave narrated the severities they encountered. Members of the party were searched and bullied by officials, and were not allowed to carry printed matter out of Germany, and were compelled to leave all documents of the propaganda and tracts in the hands of the authorities.
