Bombay, Jan. 3. • The All India Moslem League passed 111 resolution approving of a joint committee of the National Congress and the -League to formulate a scheme of Indian •elf-government. The president, in his opening address, •aid the only form of government possible was self-government under Britain's aegis. India, however, must wait until »fter the war, when the Empire would be reconstructed on new lines. War ' with Turkey was the greatest possible misfortune, and lie hoped that when peace was restored the Moslem countries would be so dealt with that their dignity would not be compromised.
