The Daily News' correspondent at Athens says that the committee of the German legation at Constantinople has been made more strict. Many AngloFrench subjects who paraded the streets have been transported to and imprisoned in the interior. Talaat Bey went to Ancera to quieten a revolt, which was due to Germans setting metals and provisions, and thence to JUraidem mines to Calm the miners, wtlo revolted against German masters. Turkish detestation of German rule is growing. The price of food has been been trebled. VALUE OF MONEY. The Times' correspondent at Amsterd*» lays that the value of a mark has 7?f*ui declined, and the depreciation is iow about thirty per' cent. Austrian money has depreciated about forty per eest.
