TURKS WANT SEPARATE PEACE. * ' GERMANS IN DISFAVOjR. Received Dec. 16, 6.20 pjn. Home, Dec. IS. Advices from Constantinople state that there is a general movement in favor of a separate peace, and it is encouraged by some Ministers, including Talaat Bey. The prospect of the arrival of a German army is viewed with disfavor, particularly by those Turkish officers and soldiers who have experienced German methods.
