Seriously ill in London: Canterbury Battalion, Private Linderam. Removed from dangerously ill list: Lieutenant Percy Arthur S. Stephens. Disembarked at Malta: Canterbury Mounted, Lieutenant Hayter. Wellington Battalion: Lieutenant Wrighton. Admitted 2nd Western General Hospital, Manchester:—Otago Mounted: Trooper Saver. Wellington Battalion: Private Elliott. Canterbury Battalion: Lance-Corporal John Beaton Marr. Admitted third London General Hospital (enteric): —Field Artillery: Lieutenant Herbert Alfred Christie. Field Engineers: Lieutenant Henry Harrison Fish. Medical Corps: Captain K. S. Tapper.
