FORD'S ARK.
QUARRELS ON BOARD, UNRULY PACIFISTS. Received Dec. 11, 9.40 p.m. London, Dec. 14. Quarrels have occurred aboard Ford's peace ship. Nine of the party refused to sign a manifesto denouncing President Wilson's policy of - preparedness. Mr. Ford, although he himself signed it, refused the majority's suggestion that those not signing ought to be unloaded at the first port.
