For Australian States, South Africa, Ceylon, India, China, Japan, East Indies, Straits Settlements, Aden, Egypt, Eastern and Mediterranean ports; also specially addressed correspondence for United Kingdom and Continent of Europe, at 12.20 p.m. Due London 20 January. (Money-orders close 11 a.m.). MONDOY, DECEMBER 27. For United Kingdom, Continent of Europe, West Indies, Central America, British, French, and Dutch Guiana, Venezuela, U.S. "■ Colombia, Ecuador, Mexico, United States of America and Canada, via. Vancouver; also Honolulu, Japan and Fiji, at 6.15 a.m. Due London 27 January. (Money-orders close noon Saturday for U.S. America and Canada). N.B. —Mails sent via Suez are subject to heavy delay, and under ordinary circumstances arrive in Lontjon later than mails despatched from New Zealand by the next Vancouver or San Francisco steamer. Only specially addressed correspondence is now sent via Suez. The 'times for closing mails for places beyond the Dominion are liable to alteration (earlier or later).
