GENERAL BOTHA* AND HERTZOG. London, Dee. S. .Renter sends a correction to General Botha's speech, cabled on the 7th. lie said he was satisfied that Mr. .Hertzog in his heart, disapproved of the rebellion, therefore it was all the more serious that Hertzog had not used his influence to prevent it. (The cablegram referred to represented General Botha as saying: ''Had - a real civil war broken out the man responsible would have been Hertzog, who was a re'bel at heart.")
