CALLING UP THE YOUTH. FOR A DECISIVE EFFORT. Received Dee. 2, 11.15 p.m. Paris, Dec, 2. M. Gallieni, in the Chamber of Deputies, urged the calling up of the 1917 class, in order to make a decisive effort next spring.
BELGIAN RELIEF. DISHONEST TRUSTEES ARRESTED. Received Dec. 2, 11.15 p.m. Paris, Dec. 2. The police have arrested Omer Boulanger, president of the Relief Committee for Distressed Belgians in Paris, and who was formerly King 'Leopold's chauffeur, and also three bankers, formerly financiers in Brussels, on a charge of illicitly dealing with Belgian bank notes, honored by the Bank of France and Bank of England for Belgian refugees.
