WEATHER REPORT.
FOR NOVEMBER, 1915. (Taken at Pukekura Park Weather Station; altitude of station, lljOft.) Though most unsettled weather and several severe storms occurred, the month was mild, with a maximum' mean temperature of sG.'2deg. Thunder occurred on the 11th, 14th. 10th and 20th. Hail fell on the lowltnds on the fltli, 7th, lltli, 13th and 14th. Snow fell on Mt. Egmont on the (itli, 7th, and lfith (heavy fall). Excepting a fine display of cirrus clouds on the 28th. cumulus was the prevailing clouds of the month. Rain fell on '22 days; the highest (I.OHOin) on the 11th, the lowest (.(Win.) on the 28th; total. 7.085 in. The sunshine recorder registered 13hr liimin on the 18th, and Uir 35min on the 20th; total, lSDhr 47miu. There were seven sunless days. The solar radiator (sun's heat) recorded 142 deg. (the highest) on the 30th, and 110 deg. (the lowest) on the 20th. The terrestrial radiator (three inches from gross) registered 51 deg. on the sth (the highest), and 3(ldeg. (the lowest) on the 14th. The highest maximum shade temperature, o!>deg., was noted on the 22nd, the lowest, 57dcg., on the 9th and 21st. The lowest minimum temperature, 40 deg., was registered on the 18th, the highest, nfideg., on the 14th.
