MOA BIDING VACANCY. MR, SIMPSON LEADING. The election for the vacancy oil the Taranaki Coun,ty Council caused by the resignation of Cr. J. Bridginan (representative of the Moa Riding) took place yesterday, and, with two returns yet to come in, viz., Tariki and Batapiko, Mr. J. Simpson has a lead of 15 votes over his opponent Mr. 'R.
