M THE BALTIC. ANOTHER GERMAN CRUISER SUNK. Received Nov. 24, 8.45 p.m. Petrograd, Nov. 24. ' Russian torpedoers sank a German Wuiser of three thousand tons that was patrolling near Wandau. One hundred and eighty of the crew were drowned and twenty were saved. The* Russians' deadly gunfire made the action short, though the cruiser had several four-inch guns.
