HOW PRISONERS ARE TREATED. TWO THOUSAND SHOT. Received Nov. 23, 10.50 p.m. Bucharest, Nov. 23. Trustworthy information has been received that two thousand Russian prisoners who were interned at Debroezp revolted in August, owing to the bad food supplied, and killed two sentries. The Hungarians thereupon shot all the two thousand men, and an official communique attributed their disappearance to cholera.
