A FAIRY TALE.
ATTACK ON THE SUEZ CANAL. Amsterdam, Nov. 18. The Hamburger Naehrichten publishes the following wireless message, alleged to have 'been received from Alexandria, via Salonika: "It is understood that half a million Anglo-French troops are concentrated on the Suez Canal, expecting a Tnrco-Ger-1 man attack within the next few days. Feverish preparations for defence are I progressing. The British Headquarters Staff do not expect to have a disturb-1 Mice, as the agitators who have caused the trouble are under lock and key and suspects are elosely observed."
